WHAT'S EXOSHIELD?
McKenna Kosmetics has partnered with ExoShield to provide state of the art windshield protection for our guests. ExoShield GT3 offers six times the impact resistance versus standard automotive glass. The nanoceramic coating used to bond the layers of the film is cutting edge and offers the best in market protection from delamination. Plus, the current generation has the best clarity of any windshield protection product available.
ADDITIONAL PEACE OF MIND
We also offer built-in windshield replacement coverage. In the event that something hits your windshield so hard that it penetrates the protection, ExoShield will provide up to a $3,000 reimbursement for a windshield replacement.
INSTALLATION PROCESS
First, we apply a slip solution to your windshield. Then we new roll out a sheet of the product on top of your windshield. Then we cut each piece by hand to the overall shape of your glass. We spend an hour heat shrinking the product to the exact curvature of your windshield. We then reapply slip solution to the windshield, separate the product from its protective backing, and apply it to the windshield. Next, we squeegee out all the slip solution to expose the adhesive directly to the windshield. Finally, we do a final cut to within millimeters of the edge of your windshield. This entire process takes about 3 hours to complete on most cars.
